Hello, Bradley,

If I understand you correctly, you're looking to set up a jailed ftp
account. This article -- http://www.itworld.com/nlsunix071108 -- gives a
breakdown, but this is something that is also supported within the
control panel of many hosting companies. See if your control panel
allows you to set up additional ftp accounts; these can usually be
limited (or jailed).
